Richard Bearpark - Chairman
Richard brings with him a wealth of entrepreneurial and practical experience gained over 39 years in the IT industry.
During the last 19 years he has run and successfully developed five IT solution and services companies - three as Managing Director and two as Chief Executive. His executive and non-executive experience in both the corporate and SME environments, including 10 years with Siemens in the UK, provides valuable breadth and depth to the management team and board of directors.
Richard is a non-executive director of two other companies including an AIM listed software and services company.

Max Morrison FRICS - CEO
Founder, shareholder, Max works full time within Greystone Managed Services. With a background in property, financial services and corporate finance and a string of other Greystone companies he established and later sold, all named after his family home "Greystones" in the 1980s, he brings his entrepreneurial skills into the development of products, services and their delivery to a wide customer base.
His involvement with telecoms started in 1996, when he helped a fledgling web writing company XTML in Manchester raise seedcorn finance, and introduced them to professionals, to raise second and third round significant institutional funding to become a major hosting and applications centre.
The business was successfully sold and the centre today is run by Pipex. He founded Greystone Managed Services in December 2009.

Toby Riley - Infrastructure Manager
Toby is one of the original founders. He brings 20 years of industry experience of Software Development, Communications and Networked Systems. His eye for detail and unique grasp of technology enables the business to deliver strong software offerings powered by an enterprise grade managed service.
He is responsible for the data centre facility, the technology used to deliver the services and software development for Optimii. He also has a strategic focus to build upon the current set of managed business applications, enabling the company to build a suite of pre-integrated managed applications services.
Toby has held various roles throughout his career from software development to infrastructure security and systems management, spending some time as European Network and Security Manager for CITI Financial (EMEA) a major player in the financial services sector, where he was responsible for network, applications and security infrastructure.

Phil Ashworth - Sales Engineer Manager
Phil manages a team of developers, applying agile methodologies to maximise both productivity and employee satisfaction.
He has worked on and managed all manner of projects ranging from basic integration to large bespoke applications conducting thousands of transactions per day.

Ponnurangam Devarajan - Software Development
Ponnu is the lead BlackBerry and web developer for rekoop and has been involved in the development of rekoop for more than five years. He has a lot of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies and agile methodologies. He has also been responsible for the development of a large scale contracting software. He has managed teams and worked through the complete product life cycle in the past and brings in this experience.
He is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, goal oriented and highly motivated individual.
